This Refund Policy explains the terms under which investors may request a refund for their contributions.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Investors are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of making a payment, provided that the investment project has not yet been activated or allocated.

Once a project is activated or funds are allocated to the selected investment, the refund process is no longer applicable until the project’s completion.
2. Refund After Project Completion

In cases where a project is canceled, fails to launch, or cannot proceed as planned, Seedvest LTD will refund the invested amount (excluding processing or transaction fees) within 30 business days of official project closure.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

The project is already active and operational.

The investor voluntarily withdraws participation after activation.

The delay or underperformance of a project due to uncontrollable external factors (e.g., weather, logistics, or market conditions).
4. How to Request a Refund

Include your registered email, transaction ID, and project name.
Our compliance team will review your request and confirm the outcome via email.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of The Netherlands and the applicable regulations of the European Union.

في شركة Seedvest LTD، نحرص على الشفافية ورضا المستثمرين.
توضح هذه السياسة شروط استرجاع الأموال للمستثمرين في حال رغبتهم بطلب استرداد المبلغ المستثمر.
1. شروط استحقاق الاسترجاع

يمكن للمستثمر طلب استرجاع المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا من الدفع، بشرط أن المشروع لم يتم تفعيله أو تخصيص الأموال له بعد.

بعد تفعيل المشروع أو تخصيص الأموال، لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ حتى انتهاء المشروع.
2. الاسترجاع بعد انتهاء المشروع
في حال تم إلغاء المشروع أو لم يتم تنفيذه كما هو مخطط، سيتم استرجاع المبلغ المستثمر (باستثناء رسوم المعالجة والتحويل) خلال 30 يوم عمل من تاريخ الإلغاء الرسمي.
3. الحالات غير المؤهلة للاسترجاع
لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ في الحالات التالية:

المشروع قيد التنفيذ أو تم تفعيله.

انسحاب المستثمر طوعًا بعد التفعيل.

تأخر أو ضعف أداء المشروع بسبب عوامل خارجية (مثل الطقس، النقل، أو ظروف السوق).
4. كيفية طلب الاسترجاع
للتقدم بطلب استرجاع، يُرجى التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني:

ويجب إرفاق البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل، رقم المعاملة، واسم المشروع.
سيقوم فريق المراجعة بالرد خلال فترة وجيزة لتأكيد نتيجة الطلب.
5. مدة المعالجة
تتم معالجة المبالغ المسترجعة خلال 10 إلى 15 يوم عمل بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
6. القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه السياسة لقوانين مملكة هولندا ولوائح الاتحاد الأوروبي ذات الصلة.
