4. استخدام المنصة

تحتفظ الشركة بحقها في تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب مخالف.

5. شروط الاستثمار

جميع الاستثمارات عبر Seedvest تنطوي على مخاطر مالية وقد لا تضمن الأرباح.
يتم تشغيل المشاريع من قِبل جهات مستقلة يتم التحقق منها مسبقًا.
الأموال تصبح غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد تفعيل المشروع.
يتم عرض تقارير الأداء والعوائد بشفافية داخل لوحة المستثمر.

6. الرسوم والمدفوعات

قد تفرض Seedvest رسومًا على المعاملات أو الخدمات.
يجب أن تتم جميع المدفوعات عبر القنوات الآمنة المخصصة في الموقع.
عند الدفع، يوافق المستخدم على سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بالشركة.

7. التحقق من الهوية (KYC)

لضمان الامتثال للقوانين الدولية، يتوجّب على المستثمرين إكمال عملية اعرف عميلك (KYC).
قد تطلب الشركة مستندات الهوية وإثبات العنوان ومعلومات إضافية.
قد يؤدي عدم استكمال العملية إلى تعليق الحساب.

8. حماية البيانات

تتم معالجة بياناتك الشخصية وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات الخاصة بالشركة، ووفقًا للوائح GDPR الأوروبية.

9. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمّل شركة Seedvest المسؤولية عن:

الخسائر الناتجة عن تقلبات السوق أو ضعف أداء المشاريع.
التأخيرات أو الأعطال الناتجة عن أطراف خارجية أو أحداث قاهرة.
الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية.

ينبغي على المستثمر إجراء التقييم الشخصي قبل الاستثمار.

10. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات المنصة – بما في ذلك النصوص والشعارات والتصاميم – مملوكة لشركة Seedvest LTD ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.

11. إنهاء الخدمة

يجوز لـ Seedvest تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب في حال انتهاك الشروط أو القوانين أو السياسات الداخلية.

12. القانون المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة هولندا ولوائح الاتحاد الأوروبي.
يتم الفصل في النزاعات أمام المحاكم المختصة في هولندا.
